Important Please Note…
If you need to update your address, please ensure it is first updated in Skyward by contacting your campus registrar. Once the registrar has made the update, transportation services can adjust accordingly.
Please note:
- Transportation is provided to and from the home address listed in our system.
- We also transport to a LIMITED number of approved alternate sites, such as specific daycare facilities.
- Specialty requests beyond these options are subject to approval and may not be allowed.

THIS FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT BEFORE JULY 15TH, 2026 TO RECEIVE TRANSPORTATION THE FIRST WEEK OF SCHOOL.
Students 6 & Under
- Students age 6 & under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at the bus stop.
- Students will be taken back to Campus after an attempt to drop off is unsuccessful
Student Discipline
- Safety is our #1 priority.
- Student discipline is forwarded to Campus Administrators for corrective action up to and including bus suspension.
