1. Elevate Learning: Maximize Classroom Uptime

Goal: Ensure that instructional technology (smartboards, 1:1 devices, digital curricula) is seamless and functional so teachers can focus 100% of their energy on teaching.

Action: Maintain a 99.9% network uptime and streamline our helpdesk response times to resolve classroom tech issues faster than ever.
2. Value Culture: Fortify Digital Safety & Equity
